Although supermodel Iman hasn’t walked the runway in nearly 21 years, she is still regarded as one of the most beautiful women in the world.

About Iman:

Born Iman Mohamed Abdulmajid (July 25, 1955) in Mogandishu, Somalia, Iman was discovered while attending university in Nairobi by photographer Peter Beard (1975).  She came to New York to model for the designers including Halston and Calvin Klein.   Most recently, Iman was honored by CFDA with the 2010 Fashion Icon Award.  She is also the celebrity spokesperson for the Keep A Child Alive foundation, which provides  life-saving anti-retroviral medical treatment and care for children who have been affected by AIDS/HIV.
